L'utilisation d'un sac lesté permet de varier les exercices en cross fit. Je suis très agréablement surpris par la qualité globale : le sac est solide, le tissus idéal (costaud, imperméable...). Les poignées très bien pensées. Le sac est creux ce qui permet de mettre autant de poids qu'on veut. L'ensemble est très stable. Super !

Acheté en version 12 M, j'ai fait 3 séances de 20 min depuis l'achat.
Pour le moment rien à signaler. C'est très physique et le cardio monte fort, la longueur et le poids est parfait pour moi (Je fait 1m70 pour 63 Kg & habituer a faire 4 séances de cardio / semaine)
Le collage des poignés aurait pu être fait avec plus de soin mais rien de gênant.
Je demande aussi à voir comment va vieillir le tissu qui entoure la corde car il frotte fortement sur le sol et va certainement se dégrader rapidement.

Le sac de poids est une belle surprise, tout est conforme à ce qui était annoncé dans le descriptif, la qualité est au RDV, les poignées sont bien solides et je pense qu’elles tiendront dans le temps.

👎 Descriptif erroné, impossibilité de placer les 5 sacs de lest de 5Kg à l’intérieur, c’est trop volumineux et on ne peut plus fermer le sac, il n’y a donc pas possibilité de placer 25Kg à l’intérieur, le sac pesant à vide 2,5Kg, le grand maxi à soulever est 22,65 Kg
Mon fils est tout content de pouvoir faire sa musculation à la maison.
Un peu cher, mais je recommande, c’est de la qualité !
This sandbag weight bag arrived already filled with sand, This enabled me to work out straight away on my arms and shoulder strength training exercises. The bag itself is made from a thick and strong material that can handle a lot of weight without any issues of sand falling out due to a lot of use.
The bah can be held several ways thanks to the ergonomic design, And i like that the weight can be adjusted to different levels, Which helps me to adapt it to my fitness progress. Overall, A very good design, But definitely in the higher price range for the quality of the bag.
I do strength training usually twice or three times per week as part of a fitness plan I have. My strength training to date has been with the aid of dumbells and gravity work, so this Next Alpha Sandbag is a welcome addition. On arrival, the set came in a fairly flimsy box which was only just holding all the items, and if I am honest, I wasn't expecting a great deal inside. However, on opening the box, all the parts of the Next Alpha Sandbag were there. There is a clear instruction leaflet that is illustrated and easy to understand, so regardless of the increments of 5kg, you know what order to put the small weighted bags in with the non-weighted bags. It is a tight fit to push the weights into the main bag, but in a very reassuring way. You know these weights are not going to slide around inside!
As I am quite small in weight (I am 75kg), I thought I would try using 20kg of the 25kg maximum. The only minor issue I had, is that there is no chart with diagrams of the different exercises you can do with this sandbag which for a beginner like me would have been useful, but it is such a minor issue, that it doesn't detract any stars in this 5-star review. I found some exercises online, and I did 4 sets of 8 reps of the following as a starter: side lunge and front raise, hammer curl and curtsy lunge, single deadlift and row, and deadlift and squat. I was really impressed with how comfortable the sandbag is to grip and hold. None of the weights shifted inside the bag and therefore my balance was only affected by my own abilities. Whilst the current price is £129.99 and does come across as expensive, I think the quality and the ability to have various weights as opposed to a fixed weight inside make this very good value for money. I can therefore highly recommend this to you.
It's a great belt that has good adjustment settings on it. The chain attachment is great too and feels very secure.
